I can’t say enough about the incredible job that Mr. Stark did on representing me in this suit. The true genius and the intricacies that I now know make any attorney a “great” attorney were displayed fully by my beloved Ed. From start to finish he was detail-oriented, methodical, and brilliant.
From the formulation of our case outline, deposition preparation, trial preparation as well as his in trial strategic maneuvering he was extremely focused and kept to his game plan. When it came time for trial, not only did he have the most amazing team assembled but he carefully weaved the evidence with the testimony of both myself, the plaintiff, and witnesses into a cohesive storyline the jury could understand from his opening statements throughout the trial and culminating in closing. His depth of knowledge of all the facts along with his use of the law were tools he wielded with such deft that it made the plaintiff’s attorney look like an absolute fool!! His warm and careful bedside manner charmed the courtroom and I don’t mean just the jury. The judge, jury, court reporter, and even the plaintiff’s attorney were all smitten in the end (clearly me as well), and if a tally were kept of all the times the Judge overruled the plaintiff attorney and sustained Ed’s it was probably a 15-1 ratio in favor of Ed.
His closing WAS the perfect ending and the jurors told me that they had it 10-2 within minutes of deliberation after Ed’s definitive closing arguments, but they had to make it look good and pretend they were discussing the case a little bit! It was truly genius and made me wish (just for a few days) that I had stayed in Law School!! I would give Ed a 10/10 rating, but his Amp goes to 11, so for the love of God, keep him on your team and have him Lead every malpractice case that has any level of difficulty involved as I would never want another attorney representing me.

When Dr. Foreman, the Chiro, finished off our defense it was truly the Coup de Gras that put the nail in the coffin and I think secured the slam dunk Ed had already set the table with.

Typically when you are in need of an attorney it is because something isn't going as it should, or there was a wrong of some kind. Many attorneys forget that their clients are people, who are not always familiar with the legal system, and these situations cause a lot of stress for most of us.
